Esther Cairns trained in accountancy once the children grew up, and now maintains the role of office manager. Lee-Anne Cairns originally started as labourer for the company where she attained NPTC certification in tree surgery. She later attended The University of Central Lancashire for 4 years where she achieved her honours degree in Arboriculture, specialising in tree biomechanics. She holds certification in mortgage and subsidence writing and Professional Tree Inspection (PTI). Lee-Anne is our primary consultant and oversees all contractual matters for the business daily. Kevin Cairns first trained as a car mechanic and then changed careers to become a tree surgeon. He holds a national diploma in Arboriculture and is a fully qualified tree surgeon, specialising in large tree removals. After many years as the main charge hand for the squads he has made the step into the office on a full-time basis. Kevin now holds the position of Operations Manager for the company and is thriving in his new role.
