After Neil's passing, the business was taken over by Charlie Hocknell, who has continued the company in his name. Charlie has gained relevant certification in climbing, pruning and dismantling trees, and has completed a degree in arboriculture. She is a professional member of the Arboricultural Association and is also a member of the Consulting Arborist Society and the Institute of Chartered Foresters. The company provides a 24-hour emergency call-out service and offers a range of services including pruning/reduction, felling and dismantling, stump grinding, hedge trimming, and tree, shrub and hedge planting. They also offer expert knowledge in relation to local authority planning applications, risk assessments, and tree health. The company is owned by Charlie and her husband Andrew Ashworth, who is a qualified and accomplished climber and runs the practical, contracting side of the business as joint director with Charlie.

Where this is not possible waste is sent to specialists for safe disposal.
